Rolo Pretzel

I was making some of my favorite Rolo Cookies and spotted this recipe on the back of the Rolo bag. They call them Rolo Pretzel Delights and boy are they delightful!

I had everything on hand and whipped them together in no time! Literally, they take under 10 minutes!

Rolo Pretzel Delights

Ingredients:

  • Small pretzels
  • Rolos
  • Pecan halves

Directions

  1. 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. 2. Place one pretzel for each pretzel treat desired on prepared sheet. Top each pretzel with one ROLO.
  3. 3. Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until caramel piece begins to soften, but not melt. Remove from oven; top with pecan half. Cool completely.

They are like yummy turtles with a hint of salt and crunch from the pretzel!

I LOVE these snacks. I could eat a million of them in about 4 seconds. But I haven't made them in a long time. Thanks for the reminder!

These are great. I switch out the pecan for an M&M when I make them with my kids. They love them!
