I also covered a baseball cap with plastic bag and glued M&Ms to it to look like the "bag" spilled. I had a basketball Easter basket that perfectly matched the orange in the peanut butter M&Ms bag so we threw that in the mix too.
Oh, and I got our M&M costumes for $3 each at a garage sale. Score!

Good sense of using art and existing rough unused material. I think we should always prefer to wear Halloween dresses made by self. Personaly I don't see any reason to invest for such a short period fun.
