Surprise! My little guy left me a message on my granite counter tops with a sharpie. I guess he wanted it to live in my heart forever. Too bad it only lasted about 10 seconds after I saw it. I grabbed a magic eraser (the one from the dollar store of course) and bye bye “permanent” marker. Oh how I love magic erasers!

I will keep this in mind, when I finally get my granite countertops. It is always on my Christmas List!!
Thank you sooooo much for this tip! We found sharpie all over our granite counter, courtesy of our 3 year old. The magic eraser and a teeny bit of elbow grease got rid of all the marker in minutes!
Great Tip!!!! The perfect rescue for permanent marker on granite. Just a magic eraser and a little elbow grease and all the marker came off. Thank you!!!
