I need this pattern! My two and a half year old is obsessed with parties. She believes it will make everyone feel better. For her every party needs hats, balloons and cake on the plate. This would be great to make for her!

Oh sorry just realized I missed the cutoff!! I was just searching for hat patterns for a Relief Society activity we have coming up in March with the theme of Hats Off to Relief Society and I think these hats would be great to make as part of the decor!!
