This was a Christmas/New Year card from Minneapolis-based advertising and design agency Mono where they took the pictures of all their employees and combined them in to one face-Monoface. It is hilarious and at times disturbing. Seriously, go try it.
Take this idea using your family's facial features and it would go right along with my hilarious friend Kalli's Christmas card "Wishing you the best freakin' holiday ever!" (or something along those lines)
